We manufacture our own light guides and we UV print in-house.
No extra markups.
We pull out any extra material and cost => VALUE to our customer.
Typical Lumen Design Specifications:
- Clear .250” acrylic laser etched light guide w/ embedded LED’s
- .060 Clear face reverse printed w/ UV Print of customer art
- .030 White reflective back
- Power supply is wall plug in adapter, 12v dc with 6ft. cord attached to pigtail coming off the unit.
- Any shape, rectangle, circle, et al up to 48×96”
- 4 black standoffs used to “tie” the unit together and for mounting.
- Can be mounted on a wall w/ #6 screws and wall anchors (not included, super easy)
- Chain: optional (not included)
- Overall thickness approx. .35” not including stand-off height
